### Ingredients:
- Minced garlic
- Freshly grated ginger
- 200ml soy sauce
- 200ml mirin
- 200ml sake
- Cornstarch
- Neutral oil
- Optional: sesame
### Instructions:
- Fry the finely cut garlic and ginger in some oil until you get a nice smell of aroma (~5 min)
- Mix in the three liquid ingredients and let it cook
- After around 10-15 minutes try the sauce and check if the alcoholic taste is up to your liking. The longer its cooked, the more that taste will leave and the other taste intensify
- During the cooking process, make a small mix of cornstarch and water and then add it to the sauce, this will solidify it further.
- When done, strain it into your prefered container, optionally you can add sesame and chilli flakes to widen the flavour profile
### Usage: Can be used to marinate meats or used directly as a sauce.
